Questions, answered.

Can I own 100% of my UAE company?

In most cases, yes. Free zone companies can be fully foreign owned, and many mainland activities now allow full foreign ownership too. A few strategic sectors still need a local partner or special approval. We check your activity before you choose a structure.

Which should I choose: mainland, free zone or offshore?

A mainland licence lets you trade directly across the UAE and work with government clients. A free zone often suits businesses that serve overseas customers or operate inside the zone. An offshore company holds assets and trades internationally but cannot trade inside the UAE. We compare them against your plans.

Do I need a local partner?

For most activities today, no. Some regulated activities still require a local partner or an extra approval. We check yours at the start so there are no surprises later.

Do I need an office?

Every licence needs a registered address, but the type varies. Free zones often offer flexible desks, while mainland licences usually need a leased office or an approved address. We match the option to your activity and budget.

Do I need to be in the UAE to set up?

Much of the process can be handled remotely. Residence visa steps, such as the medical test and Emirates ID biometrics, need you to visit in person.

How long does setup take and what does it cost?

Both depend on your jurisdiction, activity, office needs and number of visas. After a short consultation we send a written timeline and a clear quote.
